On behalf of the pastoral staff and church leaders, we pray that each of you are well. These are uncertain times, but our hope is in God – our Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer, who has promised to never leave us nor forsake us. Thank you for taking the time to respond to this survey regarding your thoughts on the church and COVID-19. This survey is intended as a tool for our church leaders to adapt as needed to assess the needs, concerns, and circumstances of our congregation as they consider eventually reopening the church. The purpose of this survey is to seek your input regarding both when we should reopen and how to properly accommodate our congregation and community when we reopen. If you have further questions, concerns or ideas, we invite you to provide that information at the end of the survey.
